Directions:

Take the first stage expressway south east towards Bang Na. At Bang Na exit left onto Sukhumvit Road heading into town. After 0.5km turn right into Soi Udomsuk (also known as Sukhumvit 103). Go along Udomsuk and cross Sri Nakarin Road on the overpass. Go a few kilos and once you go past Rama IX Park, look for Soi 47 on your left – HHH sign. Turn and park on the Soi or in the area just before Soi 47.
NOTE: expect a slow crossing of Srinakarin Road, as an underpass is being constructed under the overpass going along Srinakarin.

Dec. 19, 2010 – The Longest Run Ever

This was perhaps the longest run in the world. It didn’t help that we ended up on the Bike Hash Trail. Alas such is the adventures of the Siam Sunday Hash. Aside from that it was a beatiful 14k run. Some brave ones ran 21K.

Directions:

Start from Rama 8 Bridge (or Phra Pin Klao Bridge) heading West/NW (zero odometer)

Follow signs and get onto Elevated Borommaratchachonnani (signs for ตลิ่งชัน/Taling Chan/พุทธมณฑล/Phuttha Monthon)

Head West on the Elevated Borommaratchachonnani (Route 338 for about 15 kilometers where you come off of the elevated road onto a surface road.

Continue for another 13 kilometers in the fast lane of Route 338/AH123 towards Nakhon Pathom (be careful not to get into the left lane and get diverted to Phutta Monthon, Salaya)

Cross a river (odometer should read about 28km) get into the left lane and turn onto the frontage road as soon as possible.

1km from the river turn left onto Phutta Monthon Sai 7 (National Highway #3415).

Continue 2.4 kilometers to the start at the restaurant on the left hand side of the road.

Directions:

Take the tollway towards Suvarnabhumi airport
Take Romklaw Road tollway exit (about 3km before aiport)
Immediately after exiting the tollway there is a T junction, turn right
At traffic lights turn left to Lomkhaew Road (zero odometer)
At 2.7km at traffic lights turn right into Chawkhunthaharn Road
At 7.9km at T junction turn right into Cha Long Krung Road
At 9.0km at traffic lights turn left into Cha Long Krung Road soi 8
At the first temple zero odometer AGAIN
Go over the bridge next to the temple
At 2.0km turn left
At 2.9km turn right
At 3.6km turn left
At 4.6km arrive at temple which is the Run start point
