Ladies and gentlemen of the Siam Sunday H3: It is with pleasure that I announce to you herewith that the General Manager of the Queen Victoria Pub, Bangkok, one Mr Peter Street, has wholeheartedly agreed and avowed to hold OPEN "Happy Hour" to any and all hashers who grace his premises from this day forth, provided they identify themselves to his good self or his nominees in advance. It is the good graces of Mr Street, who has in the past generously provided support to the HHH in various forms and we now, again, accept his generosity to host the H3 (in all it's forms) in his fine establishment at:
